ABC Construction Enterprise is a family-owned construction and remodeling company based in Cleveland, Ohio, founded in 2017 by Ilya Volokh. Ilya brings many years of hands-on construction experience along with professional education in the field. He leads project planning, execution, and quality control, ensuring high standards at every stage. His wife, Marina Volokh, serves as Financial Manager, overseeing financial operations and budgeting. Together, they ensure that every project is well organized and runs smoothly from start to finish.
